欧美国家体育公园建设运营经验及启示  

Construction and Operation Experiences and Implications of European and American National Sports Parks Viewed from Multiple Cases

摘　　要：基于多案例研究视角,对欧美国家体育公园案例进行解析,归纳欧美国家体育公园建设运营要素的主要特征及对我国的启示。研究发现,欧美国家体育公园在规划建设上具有聚焦体育主题、通用化设计、科学化规划、生态绿色化建设四个要素;在运营管理上具有联合经营、俱乐部合作、智慧化运营管理三个主要特点。因此,中国体育公园在建设与运营时应系统建设规划,提升供给水平;注重项目特征,创建绿色生态;联合经营管理,延伸产业链条;加强政府与体育组织合作,支持赛事和培训;引进智能技术,强化智慧管理服务。Based on the multi-case study perspective,the paper analyzes the cases of sports parks in Europe and the United States,and summarizes the main features of the construction and operation elements of sports parks in Europe and the United States and the inspiration for China.It is found that sports parks in Europe and America have four elements of focusing on sports theme,universal design,scientific planning and ecological green construction;they also have three main features of joint operation,club cooperation and intelligent operation and management.China’s sports parks should systematically construct and plan in construction and operation to improve the supply level,focus on the project characteristics to create green ecology,jointly operate and manage to extend the industrial chain,strengthen cooperation with clubs to support tournaments and training and introduce intelligent technology to strengthen intelligent management services.
