摘　　要：运用SWOT分析方法对高校智慧化体育场馆建设的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行分析,提出健全智慧化管理体制、转变传统观念、加强人员的专业化培养、拓宽资金来源等优化策略,以期为高校智慧化体育场馆的建设提供理论参考依据。Using SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats of the construc-tion of intelligent sports venues in universities,and proposing optimization strategies such as improving the intelligent management system,transforming traditional concepts,strengthening professional training of personnel,and expanding funding sources,in order to provide theoretical reference for the construction of intelligent sports venues in universities.
