摘　　要：目的 探究鼻渊方联合克拉霉素对慢性鼻窦炎患者临床症状及炎症反应的影响。方法 选取2020年6月至2022年12月宜春市中医院收治的82例慢性鼻窦炎患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组,即对照组(n=41)、观察组(n=41),对照组接受克拉霉素治疗,观察组接受鼻渊方联合克拉霉素治疗,治疗1个月。比较疗效,比较两组主要临床症状评分、炎症反应指标[白细胞介素(IL)-1β(IL-1β)、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]。结果 与对照组比,观察组总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组鼻塞、流脓涕、头痛等临床症状评分均下降,且血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平均下降;观察组临床症状评分、血清指标均低于对照组,均差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 鼻渊方联合克拉霉素应用于慢性鼻窦炎患者中,能够提高治疗效果,缓解患者鼻塞、头痛等临床症状,减轻炎症反应。Objective To explore the effects of biyuan prescription combined with clarithromycin on clinical symptoms and inflammatory response of patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods A total of 82 patients with chronic sinusitis admitted to Yichun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,control group(n=41)and observation group(n=41).The control group received clarithromycin treatment and the observation group received biyuan prescription combined with clarithromycin,treatment for 1 month.The efficacy,the main clinical symptom scores,inflammatory response indexes[interleukin-1β(IL-1β),IL-6,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,the total effective rate of observation group was higher,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of nasal congestion,runny nose,headache and other clinical symptoms were decreased in both groups,and the levels of serum IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-αwere decreased,and the scores of clinical symptoms and serum indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Biyuan prescription combined with clarithromycin can improve the therapeutic effect,relieve nasal congestion,headache and other clinical symptoms,and reduce inflammation in patients with chronic sinusitis.
