摘　　要：目的 探讨痰热清注射液对社区获得性肺炎患者细菌转阴率及血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平的影响。方法 选取2021年10月至2022年10月抚州市第一人民医院收治的社区获得性肺炎患者98例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组采用抗细菌感染、止咳化痰等常规治疗,在对照组基础上观察组加用痰热清注射液治疗,两组均连续治疗10 d。比较两组临床疗效、症状改善时间、痰细菌转阴情况、血清CRP、PCT水平和不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为(95.92%)高于对照组(81.63%)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后发热消失、咳嗽缓解、肺部啰音消失以及炎症反应吸收等时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后细菌转阴率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清CRP、PCT水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 痰热清注射液治疗社区获得性肺炎疗效确切,利于提升细菌转阴率,降低血清CRP、PCT水平,改善肺炎患者临床症状,减轻炎症反应,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effects of tanreqing injection on bacterial negative conversion rate and serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)levels in patients with community-acquired pneumonia.Methods 98 patients with community-acquired pneumonia admitted to First People's Hospital of Fuzhou from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was received routine treatment such as anti bacterial infection,cough relieving and phlegm resolving,and the observation group was treated with tanreqing injection on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 10 days.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time,sputum bacteria turning negative,serum CRP and PCT levels and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.92%)was higher than that of the control group(81.63%)(P<0.05).After treatment,fever disappeared,cough relieved,lung rales disappeared and inflammatory response absorption in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of bacteria turning negative in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CRP and PCT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tanreqing injection is effective in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia.It is beneficial to increase the negative conversion rate of bacteria,reduce the levels of serum CRP and PCT,improve the clinical symptoms of pneumonia patients,reduce inflammation,and has high safety.It is worthy of clinical application.
