门诊西药房有效期药品规范管理策略研究

摘　　要：目的探讨门诊西药房有效期药品规范管理的策略。方法苏州市中西医结合医院门诊西药房于2022年1月开始,落实实施有效期药品规范管理策略,收集规范管理策略落实后(2022年1—12月)和规范管理策略落实前(2021年1—12月)苏州市中西医结合医院门诊西药房有效期药品失效数据,对比两组有效期药品失效发生率。结果规范管理策略落实后药品失效率显著(0.17%)低于规范管理策略落实前(0.39%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对有效期药品管理中存在的问题,优化管理措施,制定规范化管理策略,可有效降低药品失效率,避免药品浪费,提升临床用药安全性,该管理策略应用于门诊西药房的效果可靠,应用价值较高。Objective To explore the strategies for standardized management of expired drugs in outpatient Western pharmacies.Methods Starting from January 2022,the outpatient western pharmacy of Suzhou Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital implemented a standardized management strategy for expired drugs.Data on expired drugs in the outpatient western pharmacy of Suzhou Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital were collected after the implementation of the standardized management strategy(January to December 2022)and before the implementation of standardized management strategy(January to December 2021),and the incidence of expired drugs in the two groups was compared.ResultsAfter implementing the standardized management strategy,the failure rate of drugs was significantly lower(0.17%)than before the implementation of standardized management strategy(0.39%),with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In view of the problems existing in the management of drugs with expiration dates,optimizing management measures and formulating standardized management strategies can effectively reduce the failure rate of drugs,avoid drug waste,and improve the safety of clinical medication.The management strategy is applied to outpatient western pharmacies with reliable effect and high application value.
