闽南地区605例甲状腺结节患者的中医体质探讨

摘　　要：目的通过对闽南地区甲状腺结节患者进行中医体质问卷调查,探索其中医体质分布特点及其相关影响因素。方法收集2020年6月—2021年6月符合纳入及排除标准的闽南地区605例甲状腺结节患者,依据《中医体质分类与判定》对其进行体质调查研究,分析患者的中医体质分布规律及相关影响因素。结果中医体质类型调查显示平和质125例(20.66%),偏颇质480例(79.34%)。偏颇质中以气郁质、阳虚质、阴虚质为主,分别为128例(21.16%)、76例(12.59%)、73例(12.07%)。女性、年龄大、体质量大、病程长是闽南地区甲状腺结节患者常见偏颇体质的危险因素。结论通过探索甲状腺结节的易感偏颇体质类型及体质类型的影响因素之间的关系,有助于改善体质偏颇,为疾病防治提供依据。Objective To explore the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution distribution and its relationship with related influencing factors in patients with thyroid nodule through a questionnaire survey of TCM constitution in Southern Fujian Province.Methods From June 2020 to June 2021,a total of 605 thyroid nodule patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were collected,and were investigated according to the classification and judgment of TCM constitution and the distribution rules of constitution and related influencing factors were analyzed.Results The TCM constitution survey showed that 20.66%of the TCM constitution types were peaceful constitutions and 79.34%were partial constitution.Among them,128 cases(21.16%),76 cases(12.59%),73 cases(12.07%)were mainly qi-stagnation,yang-deficiency,yin-deficiency.Female,older in age,overweight and long course of disease werethe risk factors of thyroid nodule partial constitution in southern Fujian Province.Conclusion By exploring the relationship between the predisposition disposition type of thyroid nodule and the influencing factors of the constitution type,it is helpful to improve the partial constitution and provide the basis for disease prevention and treatment.
