摘　　要：目的评估全程质控管理应用在消毒供应室(central sterile supply department,CSSD)管理中的效果。方法将2022年1—6月CSSD实施常规质控管理的13名工作人员、300件物品、50例患者纳入对照组,将2022年7—12月CSSD实施全程质控管理的13名工作人员、300件物品、50例患者纳入观察组。评价组间综合素质、风险事件、工作质量、医院感染(院感)发生率。结果较之对照组,观察组服务意识、器械处理、安全识别、风险防范评分更高(P<0.05);较之对照组风险事件发生率(53.85%),观察组(7.69%)更低(P<0.05);较之对照组,观察组物品回收、灭菌、包装、清洗、发放的合格率更高(P<0.05);较之对照组院感发生率(16.00%),观察组(2.00%)更低(P<0.05)。结论在CSSD管理中实施全程质控管理,可以提高工作人员综合素质及工作质量,减少风险事件,降低院感发生率。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of whole-process quality control management in the management of central sterile supply department(CSSD).Methods From January to June,2022,a total of 13 staff members,300 items and 50 patients who implemented routine quality control management in CSSD were included in the control group.From July to December,2022,a total of 13 staff members,300 items and 50 patients who implemented whole-process quality control management in CSSD were included in the observation group.The overall quality,risk events,work quality and the incidence of hospital feeling were evaluated.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of service awareness,device handling,safety recognition and risk prevention in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(53.85%),the incidence of risk events in the observation group(7.69%)was lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the qualified rate of item recycling,sterilization,packaging,cleaning and distribution in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(16.00%),the incidence of hospital feeling in the observation group(2.00%)was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of whole-process quality control management in CSSD management can improve the comprehensive quality and work quality of staff,reduce risk events,and reduce the incidence of hospital feeling.
