摘 要:目的探讨抢救案例分享结合应急预演对急诊预检分诊质量、护士工作能力和护理满意度的影响。方法选择2022年1月—2023年6月福建医科大学附属第二医院急诊科26名工作5年以上的急诊护理人员为研究对象。2022年1—6月为管理前,此段时期的护理人员常规急诊分诊培训后,临床接诊处理1000例急诊患者;2022年7月—2023年6月为管理后,经常规急诊分诊培训,配合抢救案例分享结合应急预演安排,处理1000例急诊患者。对比急诊预检分诊质量、护士工作能力评分和护士对管理的满意度。结果管理后急诊分诊准确率、抢救成功率均高于管理前,而抢救单元物品缺失率低于管理前(P<0.05)。管理后护士帮助角色、教育-指导、评估判断、应对、护理干预、质量评价、工作角色能力评分均高于管理前(P<0.05)。管理后护士对预检分诊管理总满意度高于管理前(P<0.05)。结论通过实施以抢救案例分享结合应急预演的急诊管理措施,提高急诊科护士对预检分诊的整体正确率,达到提升整体的治疗效果和服务质量,提高服务满意度。Objective To explore the impact of sharing rescue cases combined with emergency rehearsals on the quality of emergency pre-examination triage,nurses'work ability,and nursing satisfaction.Methods A total of 26 emergency nursing staff who had worked in the department of emergency,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University for more than 5 years from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.From January to June 2022,as the pre management period,the nursing staff received 1000 emergency patients after routine emergency triage training.From July 2022 to June 2023,as the post management period,the nursing staff added rescue case sharing and emergency rehearsal arrangements after routine emergency triage training,Handle 1000 emergency patients.Observe and compare the quality of emergency pre-examination and triage at different stages,nurse work ability scores,and nurse satisfaction with pre examination and triage management.Results After management,the accuracy of emergency triage and success rate of rescue were higher than those of the before management,while the rate of missing items in the rescue unit was lower than that of the before management(P<0.05).After management,the scores of nurse assistance role,education guidance,assessment judgment,response,nursing intervention,quality evaluation,and work role ability were higher than before management(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nurses to pre-examination triage management after management was higher than that before management(P<0.05).Conclusion The emergency management measures of sharing rescue cases and emergency rehearsals can improve the overall accuracy of pre-examination and triage,improve treatment effectiveness and service quality,and improve service satisfaction.
