腹膜透析治疗终末期肾病患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨终末期肾病患者接受腹膜透析的治疗效果及对患者血脂、炎症因子及生活质量的影响。方法选取广东省英德市人民医院2019年1月—2022年1月收治的30例终末期肾病患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受腹膜透析治疗,于治疗前后对两组患者的血脂(三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白)、炎症因子指标(C反应蛋白、白介素-6)进行测定,对生活质量进行评估,并将治疗前后患者的各项指标测定结果进行比较分析。结果(1)血脂水平:治疗后,患者三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白与治疗前比较明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)炎症因子指标:治疗后,患者C反应蛋白、白介素-6低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)生活质量:患者治疗3、6个月的生活质量评分均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论终末期肾病患者接受腹膜透析治疗有利于减轻机体的炎症反应,对改善患者生存质量及降低血脂具有一定的参考价值。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of peritoneal dialysis in patients with end-stage renal disease and its influence on blood lipid,inflammatory factors and quality of life.Methods A total of 30 patients with end-stage renal disease admitted to People's Hospital of Yingde City,Guangdong Province from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects,all of whom received peritoneal dialysis treatment.The blood lipids(triglycerides,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,high density lipoprotein)and inflammatory factors(C-reactive protein,interleukin-6)of the two groups were measured before and after treatment,and the quality of life was evaluated,and the results of various indicators before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results(1)Lipid level:After treatment,triacylglycerol,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein and high density lipoprotein were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Inflammatory factor indexes:After treatment,C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Quality of life:The quality of life scores of patients after 3 and 6 months of treatment were higher than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Peritoneal dialysis treatment for patients with end-stage renal disease is beneficial to reduce the inflammatory response of the body,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the level of blood lipid,which has reference significance and clinical popularization value.
