和血明目片对早期糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨和血明目片治疗早期糖尿病视网膜病变患者的效果及其对睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2023年2月晋江市医院眼科收治的107例早期糖尿病视网膜病变患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为常规治疗组(53例)和联合治疗组(54例)。常规治疗组患者给予羟苯磺酸钙片治疗,联合治疗组患者在羟苯磺酸钙片治疗的基础上给予和血明目片。比较两组患者治疗效果、眼底血管瘤体积、出血斑面积、黄斑厚度、视野灰度值及睡眠质量的差异。结果联合治疗组总有效率为87.04%(47/54),而常规治疗组为73.58%(39/53),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者黄斑厚度、血管瘤体积、视野灰度值及出血斑面积等眼底检查指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过4个疗程药物治疗后,两组患者上述眼底检查指标均比治疗前改善(P<0.001),且联合治疗组的指标优于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的PSQI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过4个疗程药物治疗后,联合治疗组PSQI评分低于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期糖尿病视网膜病变患者在羟苯磺酸钙片治疗的基础上给予和血明目片,可有效提高治疗效果,改善眼底康复指标,提高患者睡眠质量。Objective To investigate the effect of hexuemingmu tablets on the sleep quality and the curative effect of early diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 107 patients with early diabetic retinopathy admitted to department of ophthalmology,Jinjiang Municipal Hospital from January 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into conventional treatment group(53 cases)and combined treatment group(54 cases)by random number table method.The patients in the conventional treatment group were treated with calcium hydroxy benzenesulfonic tablets,while the patients in the combined treatment group were treated with calcium hydroxy benzenesulfonic tablets and hexuemingmu tablets.The differences in treatment effect,fundus hemangioma volume,hemorrhage spot area,macular thickness,visual field gray value and sleep quality between the two groups were compared.Results The overall effective rate of the combined treatment group was 87.04%(47/54),while the conventional treatment group was 73.58%(39/53),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in fundus examination indicators such as hemangioma volume,macular thickness,visual field gray value,and bleeding spot area between the combination treatment group and the conventional treatment group(P>0.05).However,after 4 courses of medication treatment,the above fundus examination indicators of both groups of patients were improved compared to those before treatment(P<0.001),and the indicators of the combined treatment group were better than the conventional treatment group,the difference was statistical ly significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in PSQI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).While after 4 courses of medication treatment,the PSQI scores of the combined treatment group was lower than that of the conventional treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of calcium hydroxy benzenesulfonic table
