扩张型心肌病患者性生活健康信息需求及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的旨在了解扩张型心肌病(dilated cardiomyopathy,DCM)患者对性生活相关健康信息需求现状及其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样的方法,于2020年4月—2022年4月使用自行设计的一般资料调查表、性生活调查表及性生活健康信息需求调查表对62例DCM患者进行调查。结果DCM患者对出院后恢复性生活存在顾虑占比为27.4%,希望能够得到性生活健康信息指导占比为41.9%,认为仅本人接受指导即可占比为64.5%;患者认为出院时是最希望接受健康教育的时机;微信推送是患者最希望获得健康信息的形式,占比为66.1%。单因素方差分析结果显示,文化程度、婚姻情况、职业、是否首次住院可影响DCM患者性生活健康信息需求。多元回归分析结果显示,文化程度、婚姻情况、职业是DCM患者性生活健康信息需求的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论DCM患者对性生活的健康信息需求处于中等水平,医护人员应加强对DCM患者进行针对性的性生活健康信息指导,指导其正确看待性生活,以期为DCM患者制定具有科学性及实用性的性健康教育方案提供参考依据,为丰富今后的性健康教育形式提供借鉴。Objective The aim of this study was to understand the current situation and influencing factors of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM)requiring health information related to sex life.Methods A convenient sampling method was used to investigate 62 patients with DCM from April 2020 to April 2022 using self-designed general data questionnaire,sexual life questionnaire and sexual health information demand questionnaire.Results The proportion of DCM patients who had concerns about resuming sexual life after discharge was 27.4%,the proportion of DCM patients who hoped to get sexual life health information guidance was 41.9%,and the proportion of DCM patients who thought that only receiving guidance was 64.5%.Patients think that the time when they want to receive health education is the most.Wechat push was the most desired form of health information for patients,accounting for 66.1%.The results of one-way ANOVA showed that education level,marital status,occupation,whether the first hospitalization could affect the sexual life health information needs of DCM patients.The results of multiple regression analysis showed that education level,marital status and occupation were the main influencing factors of sexual life health information demand of DCM patients(P<0.05).Conclusion DCM patients with sexual life health information demand in the medium level,medical staff should strengthen the DCM patients targeted sexual life health information guidance,guide the correct view of sexual life,in order to DCM patients with scientific and practical sexual health education plan,provide reference for rich sexual health education form in the future.
