摘　　要：腰椎骨性关节炎(lumbar osteoarthritis,LOA)又称为腰椎小关节病,是以腰痛为主要症状的腰椎退行性病变,中老年人是高发群体。目前治疗LOA主要采用药物、理疗、手术等方法,虽然不同治疗方案各有利弊,但在不良反应和治疗费用方面,中医治疗的优势更加明显。文章从LOA的流行病学入手,结合近年来的文献报道,总结中医关于LOA病因病机的研究现状、现代医学关于LOA疼痛机制的研究现状;以仙灵骨葆胶囊、双醋瑞因等药物为代表,综述了中西医结合治疗LOA的临床效果。为中老年LOA患者的临床诊疗工作提供参考,提高治疗安全性和有效性。Lumbar osteoarthritis(LOA),also known as lumbar facet joint disease,is a degenerative disease of the lumbar spine with low back pain as the main symptom,with middle-aged and elderly people being the high-risk group.At present,the treatment of LOA mainly adopts methods such as medication,physical therapy,surgery,etc.Although different treatment plans have their own advantages and disadvantages,the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment are more obvious in terms of adverse reactions and treatment costs.This article starts with the epidemiology of LOA and combines recent literature reports to summarize the current research status of traditional Chinese medicine on the etiology and pathogenesis of LOA,as well as modern medicine on the pain mechanism of LOA.This article reviews the clinical efficacy of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of LOA,represented by drugs such as Xianling Gubao capsules and diacetirin.Provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of middle-aged and elderly LOA patients,and improve the safety and effectiveness of treatment.
