摘 要:为研究不同粒度煤样高温条件下的燃烧特性及燃烧效率,采用锥形量热仪测试了6种粒度煤样在热辐射作用下的燃烧特性参数。研究结果表明,煤样点燃时间与煤颗粒大小总体呈正相关关系;热释放速率峰值随煤样粒径减小而逐渐下降,在热释放速率曲线稳定阶段(>150 s),不同粒径煤样热释放速率由大到小依次为>0~0.12、>0.12~0.15、>0.15~0.18、>0.18~0.25、>0.25~0.38、>0.38~0.83 mm;总热释放量随粒径减小而逐渐增加;总烟释放量随煤样粒径增大而上升,最大粒径煤样(>0.38~0.83 mm)的烟气生成速率和总烟释放量均为最大;煤样燃烧过程中CO生成速率和CO_(2)生成速率均随煤样粒径减小而逐渐增大。引入煤样的火灾性能指数(FFPI)和火灾增长指数(FFGI),对比分析不同粒度煤样的燃烧效率得出:最小粒径煤样(>0~0.12 mm)的燃烧效率最高,FFPI最小(0.27 m^(2)·s/kW),FFGI最大(3.70 kW/(m^(2)·s))。研究结果对揭示高温环境下粒度对煤样燃烧特性的影响具有一定的借鉴意义。In order to study the combustion characteristics and combustion efficiency of coal samples with different particle sizes under high temperature conditions,the combustion characteristics parameters of 6 coal samples with different particle size under thermal radiation were measured by cone calorimeter.The results show that the ignition time is positively correlated with the coal particle size.The peak value of heat release rate gradually decreases with the decrease of coal particle size.In the stable stage of the heat release rate curve(>150 s),the heat release rates of coal samples with different particle sizes in descending order is>0 mm to 0.12 mm,>0.12 mm to 0.15 mm,>0.15 mm to 0.18 mm,>0.18 mm to 0.25 mm,>0.25 mm to 0.38 mm,>0.38 mm to 0.83 mm,and the total heat release rate increases gradually with the decrease of particle size.With the increase of coal particle size,the total smoke release increases,and the flue gas generation rate and total smoke release of the coal sample with the largest particle size(>0.38 mm to 0.83 mm)are the largest.The rates of CO and CO_(2)generation increase with the decrease of coal particle size during coal sample combustion.The fire performance index(FFPI)and fire growth index(FFGI)of coal samples were introduced,and the combustion efficiency of coal samples with different particle sizes was compared and analyzed.The results show that coal sample with the smallest particle size(>0 mm to 0.12 mm)has the highest combustion efficiency.The lowest value of fire performance index(FFPI)is 0.27 m^(2)·s/kW,and the highest value of fire growth index(FFGI)is 3.70 kW/(m^(2)·s).The research results have a certain reference significance for revealing the influence of particle size on the combustion characteristics of coal samples under high temperature environment.
