摘  要:为减少燃煤电厂机组烟道尾气三氧化硫SO_(3)对环境的破坏和对燃煤机组日常运行的不利影响,对SO_(3)的脱除开展模拟研究。以燃煤机组尾部烟道为模拟对象,建立碱性吸收剂溶液吸收SO_(3)多相流全过程反应的数值模型;以碳酸钠Na_(2)CO_(3)溶液为碱性吸收剂,通过该模型研究碱性吸收剂吸收SO_(3)的基本特性,并探究碱性吸收剂各项参数对SO_(3)脱除效率的影响。研究结果表明,Na_(2)CO_(3)在烟道的主要存在方式为固相,烟气温度对SO_(3)脱除效率影响较小,喷枪系统不同布置方案的脱除效率不一,Na_(2)CO_(3)的质量浓度为100 g/L时效果较好,摩尔比与SO_(3)的脱除效率并非线性相关,喷雾粒径为40~70μm、雾化角度为60°时,效果较好。In order to reduce the damage of SO_(3)to the environment and the negative impact on the daily operation of coal-fired power plant units,a simulation study of SO_(3)removal was carried out.First,a numerical model of the whole process reaction of SO_(3)absorption by alkaline absorber in multiphase flow was established using the tail flue of a coal-fired unit as a simulation object.Then the basic characteristics of SO_(3)absorption by alkaline absorber were investigated by using sodium carbonate Na_(2)CO_(3)solution as alkaline absorber,and the effects of various parameters of alkaline absorber on SO_(3)removal efficiency were also investigated by the model.The results show that the main existence mode of Na_(2)CO_(3)in the flue is solid phase,and the flue gas temperature has a small effect on SO_(3)removal efficiency.The removal efficiency of the gun system varies with different arrangements.The removal efficiency is better when the mass concentration of Na_(2)CO_(3)is 100 g/L,and the molar ratio is not linearly correlated with the removal efficiency of SO_(3).When the spray particle size is 40μm to 70μm and the atomization angle is 60°,the effect is better.
