摘　　要：随着国家“转变药学服务模式,促进临床合理用药”政策的不断推进,临床药师除须掌握临床药物治疗相关知识之外,还要具备一定的科研能力,这对临床药师的个人职业发展至关重要,同时亦能助力医院药学学科建设。基于我院特色驻科闭环式药学服务模式,我院临床药学科在构建临床药师工作规范的同时还形成了医院药品临床综合评价环路,为医院药品筛选和转化研究提供支撑并取得了一定成果,提升了整个药师团队的科研水平。With the continuous improvement of the national policy on“transforming the mode of pharmaceutical care to promote rational clinical drug use”,clinical pharmacists should not only master the relevant knowledge of clinical drug treatment,but also have scientific research skills,which are crucial for the personal professional development of clinical pharmacists and can also help the construction of hospital pharmacy.Based on the characteristic closed-loop pharmaceutical care model resident in clinical department,the Clinical Pharmacy Department of our hospital has formed a clinical comprehensive evaluation loop of hospital drugs while constructing the work standards of clinical pharmacists.This has provided support for hospital drug screening and translational research and has achieved some results,which finally improved the scientific research level of the whole pharmacist team.
