王氏保赤丸治疗儿童肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察王氏保赤丸对儿童肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床疗效。方法 :选取80例肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿随机分成对照组和观察组各40例。对照组选择克林霉素棕榈酸酯颗粒+双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,观察组选择王氏保赤丸治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、复发率及炎症指标恢复情况。结果 :观察组治疗总有效率与对照组相当(P> 0.05),炎症指标恢复明显优于对照组,而复发率明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:王氏保赤丸治疗儿童肠系膜淋巴结炎效果显著,能明显降低复发率,改善炎症指标,减少抗生素的使用,值得在基层儿科进一步试用。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wangshi Baochi pill on mesenteric lymphadenitis in children.Methods:Eighty cases of children with mesenteric lymphadenitis were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 40 cases each.The control group was treated with clindamycin palmitate pellets plus combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus tablets,live and the observation group was treated with Wangshi Baochi pills.The treatment effect,recurrence rate and recovery of inflammation indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was comparable to that of the control group(P>0.05),and the recovery of inflammatory indexes was significantly better while the recurrence rate was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wangshi Baochi pill is effective in the treatment of children’s mesenteric lymphadenitis,can significantly reduce the recurrence rate,improve the inflammatory indexes and decrease the use of antibiotics,and is worth further trials in primary pediatrics.
