益气养胃汤对46例非幽门螺杆菌相关性疣状胃炎患者症状表现及肠黏膜病变的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨益气养胃汤对非幽门螺杆菌相关性疣状胃炎患者症状表现及肠黏膜病变的影响。方法 :将92例非幽门螺杆菌相关性疣状胃炎患者随机分为观察组(n=46)和对照组(n=46),对照组口服奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗,观察组在此基础上联合益气养胃汤治疗。比较两组治疗8周后临床疗效、临床症状积分、不完全型疣状结节数量及不良反应发生情况。结果 :观察组总有效率高于对照组(93.48%vs 76.09%),治疗后临床症状积分、不完全型疣状结节数量均低于对照组(均P <0.05);两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论 :益气养胃汤对非幽门螺杆菌相关性疣状胃炎具有确切的治疗效果。Objective:To investigate the effects of Yiqi nourishing stomach decoction on symptomatic manifestations and intestinal mucosal lesions in patients with non-Helicobacter pylori-associated verrucous gastritis.Methods:Ninety-two patients with non-Helicobacter pylori-associated verrucous gastritis were randomly divided into an observation group(n=46)and a control group(n=46).The control group was treated with oral omeprazole enteric-coated capsule,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi nourishing stomach decoction on this basis.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom score,number of incomplete warty nodules and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups 8 weeks after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was higher than that of the control group(93.48%vs 76.09%),and the clinical symptom scores and the number of incomplete warty nodules were lower in the observation group than the control group(all P<0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Yiqi nourishing stomach decoction has definite therapeutic effect on non-Helicobacter pylori-associated warty gastritis.
