摘　　要：目的 :探讨早期康复训练在胸腰段脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤(SCI)患者中的应用价值。方法 :选取胸腰段脊柱骨折伴SCI患者64例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组采用常规康复训练,观察组实施早期康复训练,两组均训练12周。比较两组康复指标、步行能力、生活独立性。结果 :观察组骨折愈合时间、脊柱功能恢复时间短于对照组;步行功能优于对照组;功能独立性评测量表中运动功能评分、认知功能评分及总分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 :早期康复训练可加快胸腰段脊柱骨折伴SCI患者骨折愈合与脊柱功能恢复,提高其步行功能,增强生活独立性。Objective:To investigate the application value of early rehabilitation training in patients with thoracolumbar spinal fractures with spinal cord injury(SCI).Methods:Sixty-four SCI patients with thoracolumbar spine fractures were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 32 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation training and the observation group was treated with early rehabilitation training,and the training was lasted for 12 weeks.The rehabilitation indexes,walking ability and independence of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The time for fracture healing and spinal function recovery was shorter,the walking function was better and the motor function score,cognitive function score and total score of the functional independence measurement scale were higher in the observation group than the control group.Conclusion:Early rehabilitation training can accelerate fracture healing and spinal function recovery in patients with thoracolumbar spine fracture with SCI,improve their walking function and enhance their independence.
