早期康复治疗对桡骨远端骨折术后腕关节功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的 :研究接受掌侧锁定钢板内固定治疗的桡骨远端骨折患者采用早期康复治疗的效果。方法 :将接受掌侧锁定钢板内固定治疗的51例桡骨远端骨折患者随机分为观察组(n=26)和对照组(n=25),对照组采用常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用早期康复治疗,对比2组平均住院时间和骨折愈合时间、腕关节活动程度、腕关节功能和生活能力评分。结果 :观察组上述指标均优于对照组(均P <0.05)。结论 :桡骨远端骨折患者接受早期康复治疗可以有效降低骨折愈合与住院时间,更好地改善患者腕关节活动度,提高生活能力。Objective:To study the effect of early rehabilitation in patients with distal radius fractures treated with internal fixation of palmar locking plates.Methods:Fifty-one patients with distal radius fracture treated with palmar locking steel plate were randomly divided into an observation group(n=26)and a control group(n=25).The control group were given conventional rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group were given early rehabilitation treatment on the basis of the control group.The average time of hospitalization and fracture healing time,the degree of wrist joint activity,wrist joint function and life ability scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The above indexes were better in the observation group than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation treatment for patients with distal radius fracture can effectively reduce the fracture healing and hospitalization time,better improve the patients’wrist joint mobility and their living ability.
