应用“1+X”备药管理模型减少病区备药损耗的实践

摘　　要：目的 :评价“1+X备药管理模型”对病区备用药损耗的影响,重点观察备用药损耗的变化程度。方法 :采用空白对照法,提取2021年7月—2022年6月间病区备用药品相关记录,将2021年7—12月设为“基础期”,2022年1—6月设为“改进期”,对照两个周期备用药品的品种、金额和损耗的数据,进行统计学分析。结果 :改进后,备药品种数减少33.31%,金额减少45.2%,损耗降低53.98%(P <0.05)。结论 :应用“1+X备药管理模型”对减少病区备用药数量和损耗及控制备用药金额具有积极作用,有推广应用价值。Objective:To evaluate the impact of the“1+X spare medicine management model”on its loss in wards and focus on observing the degree of change in loss of spare medicine.Methods:A blank control method was used to extract relevant records of spare medicine in the ward from July 2021 to June 2022.The period from July to December 2021 was set as the“basic period”,and the period from January to June 2022 was set as the“improvement period”.Data on the variety,amount,and loss of spare medicine in those two periods were statistically analyzed and compared.Results:After the improvement,the variety,amount and loss of spare medicine decreased by 33.31%,45.2%and 53.98%,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the“1+X spare medicine management model”has a positive effect on reducing the number and loss of spare medicines and controlling their amount in wards with the value of promotion and application.
