摘  要:目的 :针对专职临床研究医生,建立一套完善的临床研究医生绩效考核指标体系。方法 :采用德尔菲法,对一级和二级考核指标进行制订和修改,并确定指标权重。结果 :经过2轮专家咨询,确定了综合素质、工作质量、工作效率、专业能力、工作业绩等5项一级指标,34项二级指标,确定了各指标权重。结论 :临床研究医生绩效考核指标体系的建立,是提升临床研究工作质量和效率的有效措施,为临床研究医生的绩效分配、人才培养和科技创新评估提供理论依据。Objective:To establish a more comprehensive performance evaluation index system for clinical research physicians.Methods:The Delphi method was used to formulate and modify the first and second-level indicators and determine the weight of the indicators.Results:After two rounds of expert consultation,five first-level indicators including comprehensive quality,work quality,work efficiency,professional ability and work performance and 34 second-level indicators,and the weight of each indicator were determined.Conclusion:The establishment of a performance assessment index system for clinical research physicians is an effective measure to improve the quality and efficiency of clinical research work and can provide a theoretical basis for the performance allocation,talent training and scientific and technological innovation evaluation of clinical research physicians.
