摘 要:目的 :筛选出适合灵芝总三萜富集的大孔吸附树脂。方法 :选择8种大孔吸附树脂,以灵芝总三萜的吸附率及解吸率为考察指标,通过大孔吸附树脂静态吸附-解吸实验,筛选出合适的大孔吸附树脂。结果 :HPD400型大孔吸附树脂对灵芝总三萜的静态吸附率为67.27%,解吸率为97.50%。结论 :HPD400型大孔吸附树脂适用于灵芝总三萜的富集。Objective:To screen macroporous adsorption resin for enrichment of total triterpenes from Ganoderma lucidum.Methods:Eight kinds of macroporous adsorption resins were chosen,and the adsorption rate and desorption rate of total triterpenes were used as evaluation indexes.The optimal macroporous adsorption resins were selected through static adsorption and desorption experiments.Results:The adsorption rate and the desorption rate of total triterpenes by macroporous adsorption resin HPD400 were 67.27%and 97.50%.Conclusion:Macroporous adsorption resin HPD400 is suitable to the enrichment of total triterpenes.
