摘  要:破碎软岩矿体使用进路式钻爆法回采时,爆破振动导致进路围岩难以实现自稳,掘进过程进路易冒顶、片帮,支护工作量大,采矿效率低下。为解决上述问题,夏家店金矿引进铣挖机机械采矿代替钻爆法采矿。研究了铣挖机机械破岩机理,对比分析了铣挖机机械采矿与钻爆法采矿在作业安全性、生产效率、经济效益等方面的差异。结果表明:铣挖机机械采矿可代替矿山85%的钻爆法采矿;铣挖机机械采矿的进路稳定性提高,采矿效率提升了50%以上,支护工作量减少了近40%;矿石回采率增加了6.4个百分点,采矿成本降低了45.5元/t,取得了良好的安全效益、经济效益、社会效益。During approach mining of broken soft rock and ore body with drilling and blasting method,it is difficult to achieve self-stability in the surrounding rock affected by the blasting vibration.In the excavation process,the approach is easy to cave and fall,the support workload is large,and the mining efficiency is low.In order to solve the above problems,Xiajiadian Gold Mine introduced mechanical mining with milling machine to replace drilling and blasting mining.The rock breaking mechanism of milling machine was studied,and the differences between mechanical mining of milling machine were compared with dilling and blasting mining in production safety,efficiency and economic benefits.The results show that mechanical mining of milling machine can replace 85%of the drilling and blasting mining in the mine.The approach stability of mechanical mining with milling machine has been improved,the mining efficiency has been increases by more than 50%,and the support workload has been reduced by nearly 40%.The ore recovery rate has been increased by 6.4 percentage points,and the mining cost has been decreased by 45.5 yuan/t,which achieved good safety,economic and social benefits.
