摘 要:为了探明切缝药柱与控制孔耦合作用下的爆破增透效果,运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA数值模拟软件建立了数值分析模型并求解,得到了切缝药柱装药爆破与控制孔共同作用下松软煤层增透的裂隙扩展及应力分布特征。结果表明:切缝药柱和控制孔耦合作用下的定向控制断裂松软煤层效果优于单切缝药柱的爆破效果。应力波传播到控制孔时发生波的反射叠加,爆生裂纹偏转现象显著,拉应力峰值上升,与远离控制孔的B、C、D 3点的拉应力峰值相比,靠近控制孔的E点的拉应力峰值分别是B、C、D 3点拉应力峰值的1.15倍、1.33倍和1.88倍。控制孔对裂隙扩展起导向作用,进一步促进了裂隙的发育和扩展。研究结果可为爆破增透松软低透气性煤层工程实践提供一定的理论依据和数据支撑。In order to explore the effect of blasting anti-reflection under the coupling action of slit seam column and control hole,a numerical analysis model was established and solved using ANSYS/LS-DYNA numerical simulation software,and the crack propagation and stress distribution characteristics of anti-reflection of soft coal seam under the coupling action of slit seam column blasting and control hole were obtained.The results show that the blasting effect of directional control of fractured soft coal seam under the coupling effect of slit seam column and control hole is better than that of single slit seam column.When the stress wave propagates to the control hole,the reflection superposition of the wave occurs,the deflecting phenomenon of detonation crack is significant,and the tensile stress peak rises.Compared with the tensile stress peak at three points B,C and D far away from the control hole,the tensile stress peak at point E near the control hole is 1.15 times,1.33 times and 1.88 times of the tensile stress peak at three points B,C and D,respectively.The control hole plays a guiding role in crack propagation and further promotes the development and propagation of crack.The research results can provide a theoretical basis and data support for the engineering practice of soft and low-permeability coal seam by blasting permeability improvement.
