摘  要:为揭示含填充节理岩体在爆破过程中爆炸应力波的传播规律和爆生裂纹的扩展过程,利用Abagus有限元模拟软件,基于cohesive单元改进爆炸应力波传播模型,建立含填充节理岩体中爆炸应力波传播的数值模型,对具有不同节理几何特征(厚度、填充节理与炮孔的距离)的岩体开展爆炸应力波冲击模拟试验。研究结果表明:填充节理反射的应力波会增加炮孔与节理之间岩体的爆炸应力峰值;在填充节理厚度分别为2 cm、6 cm和10 cm的岩体中,炮孔与节理之间的岩体爆炸应力峰值有明显的提升,在距节理面2 cm处的岩体应力峰值相较于无节理的岩体分别提升了41.8%、54.9%和70.2%;随着炮孔与填充节理间距的增大,反射应力波的强度会随着爆炸应力波强度的衰减而降低,在填充节理与炮孔的距离为40 cm和60 cm的模型中,随着岩体与节理间距的减小,应力峰值呈现先减小后增大的规律;爆炸应力波传至迎波面后会产生拉伸形式的反射应力波,当反射应力波强度大于岩体的抗拉强度时,会导致炮孔和填充节理之间的岩体出现层状裂纹和径向裂纹相互交错的现象,加剧这部分岩体的破坏程度。In order to reveal the propagation law of explosion stress wave and the propagation process of blast-induced cracks in rock mass with filled joints during blasting,Abaqus finite element simulation software was used to improve the propagation model of explosion stress wave based on cohesive element,and a numerical model of explosion stress wave propagation in rock mass with filled joints was established.The impact simulation test of explosion stress wave was carried out on rock mass with different joint geometric characteristics(thickness,distance between filled joint and blast hole).The results show that the stress wave reflected by the filling joint will increase the peak value of the explosive stress of the rock mass between the blast hole and the joint.In the rock mass with filling joint thickness of 2 cm,6 cm and 10 cm respectively,the peak value of rock mass explosion stress between blast hole and joint is obviously improved,and the peak value of rock mass stress at 2 cm from joint surface is 41.8%,54.9%and 70.2%higher than that of jointless rock mass,respectively.With the increase of the distance between the blasting hole and the filling joint,the strength of the reflected stress wave decreases with the attenuation of the intensity of the explosion stress wave.In the model with the distance between the filling joint and the blasting hole of 40 cm and 60 cm,with the decrease of the distance between the rock mass and the joint,the peak stress decreases first and then increases.The reflected stress wave in the form of tension will be generated after the explosion stress wave is transmitted to the wave front.When the intensity of the reflected stress wave is greater than the tensile strength of the rock mass,it will lead to the phenomenon that the layered cracks and radial cracks are interlaced in the rock mass between the blast hole and the filled joint,which aggravates the damage degree of this part of the rock mass.
