摘 要:颗粒直径是影响煤矸石注浆充填技术应用的重要因素。通过室内试验,测试了含不同粒径煤矸石的浆液的流动性能(初始流动度和流动时间)、稳定性能(析水率和析水速率)和沉积性能(沉积历时和结石率)。结果表明:煤矸石粒径为20目的静置浆液易堵管、泵送性差;煤矸石浆液在2.5 h后可基本达到稳定状态;在煤矸石的粒径为60目时,浆液的流动性能、稳定性能和沉积性能最好,是泵送注浆的理想浆液;在煤矸石粒径为80目时,浆液最适合于封堵注浆靶区。研究结果可为煤矸石浆液的粒径选择提供参考,也可为煤矸石注浆充填的规模化工程应用提供依据。The particle diameter is an important factor affecting the application of coal gangue grouting filling technology.Through indoor experiments,the flowability(initial fluidity and flow time),stability(bleeding rate and bleeding velocity),and sedimentation performance(sedimentation duration and cementation rate)of slurry containing coal gangue with different particle sizes were tested.The results show that coal gangue slurry with a particle size of 20 mesh is prone to blockage and has poor pumping performance.The coal gangue slurry can reach a stable state after standing for 2.5 hours.When the particle size of coal gangue is 60 mesh,the flowability,stability,and sedimentation performance of the slurry are the best,making it an ideal slurry for pumping grouting.When the particle size of coal gangue is 80 mesh,the slurry is the most suitable for sealing the grouting target area.The research results can provide a reference for the particle size selection of coal gangue slurry,and also provide a basis for the large-scale engineering application of coal gangue grouting filling.
