摘 要:针对传统相似材料试件制备装置制备的相似材料试件压实不均匀、上实下松等问题,研制了双向均压数显相似材料试件制备装置,该装置能够实现双向均压、压力实时显现、自动脱模等功能。为验证本装置适用性和可靠性,开展了相似材料试件制备与单轴加载试验,试验结果表明,相较于传统模具,该装置制备的相似材料试件外观整体均匀密实、尺寸统一、加载面平整、无边角缺失现象;试件应力-应变曲线规律,物理力学性质表现稳定;试件阶段破坏特征明显,测试结果稳定性更高、数据更可靠。该装置的研制克服了传统装置配制过程捣锤敲击压实人力消耗大、制备效率低等缺点,对提高相似材料试件制备效率、降低试验结果离散性具有重要意义。Aiming at the problems of uneven compaction and looseness of similar material specimens in traditional similar material specimen preparation and device preparation,a similar material specimen preparation device with two-way equal prcssurc digital display was devclopcd.Thc devicc can rcalizc two-way cqual prcssurc,rcal-timc prcssurc display,automatic demoulding and other functions.In order to verify the applicability and reliability of the device,the preparation of similar matcrial spccimcns and uniaxial loading tcsts wcrc carricd out.Thc tcst rcsults show that comparcd with thc traditional mold,the appearance of similar material specimens prepared by the device is uniform and dense,the size is uniform,the loading surfacc is flat,and thcrc is no cdgc anglc loss.'Thc strcss-strain curvc of thc spccimcn is rcgular,and thc physical and mechanical properties are stable.The failure characteristics of the specimen stage are obvious,the test results are more stable and thc data arc morc rcliablc.Thc devclopmcnt of thc devicc ovcrcomcs thc shortcomings of thc traditional devicc prcparation proccss,such as largc manpowcr consumption and low prcparation cfficicncy.It is of grcat significancc to improvc thc preparation efficiency of similar material specimens and reduce the discreteness of experimental results.
