摘 要:为了在改善立轴冲击式破碎机破碎效果的同时达到节能降耗的目的,利用EDEM的Bonding模型对物料破碎过程进行仿真,研究不同砧板牙型角角度对破碎能耗的影响规律,提出了以单位能耗断裂键数为评价指标确定砧板牙型角最佳角度的方法。首先,建立DEM仿真模型,结合相关理论验证模型的可靠性;其次,根据物料流抛射方向选取不同砧板牙型角角度进行试验,分析其对颗粒总断裂键数的影响;最后,通过计算单位能耗断裂键数揭示砧板牙型角角度对破碎能耗及破碎效果的影响。结果表明:在砧板牙型角角度α>112°范围内,随角度的增大破碎效果降低,其能耗也增大;在砧板牙型角角度α≤112°范围内,107°是砧板牙型角的最佳角度,此时破碎能耗较低,颗粒破碎效果也较好。In order to improve the crushing effect of the vertical shaft impact crusher and achieve the purpose of energy saving and consunption reduction,the Bonding model of EDEM was used to simulate the material crushing process,and the influence of different angles of the anvil plate on the crushing energy consumption was studied.The method of determining the optimal angle of the anvil plate with the number of broken bonds per unit energy consumption as the evaluation index was proposed.Firstly,the DEM simulation model was established,and the reliability of the model was verified by combining relevant theories.Secondly,according to the direction of material flow projection,different anvil plate tooth angle was selected to test,and its influence on the total number of broken bonds of particles was analyzed.Finally,the influence of the anvil plate tooth angle on the crushing energy consumption and crushing effect was revealed by calculating the number of broken bonds per unit energy consumption.The results show that in the range ofα>112°,the crushing effect decreases with the increase of angle,and the energy consumption increases.In the range of a<112°,107°is the optimal angle of the anvil plate tooth angle.At this time,the crushing energy consumption is low and the particle crushing effect is good.
