双销式履带板拉伸载荷分布影响因素研究

摘  要:履带板作为坦克车辆推进装置的主要组件,其结构强度关系到履带车高速行驶和承受大牵引力时的安全性.本文基于ANSYS有限元方法计算履带板组件中连接部件(端联器、诱导齿)载荷分布在最大牵引力工况下的影响因素,通过理论模型验证稳定载荷分配时有限元模型的准确性和可信度,分析最大拉伸工况下履带板的载荷分配情况.计算结果表明:在最大拉伸载荷工况下,增大端联器刚度或减小诱导齿刚度,诱导齿拉力占比随之减小;当销轴弯曲刚度不断增大直至被视为刚性杆时,诱导齿横向载荷占比也随之减小,故可通过增加销轴轴径来减小诱导齿所受拉力.As the main component of the tank vehicle propulsion device,the structural strength of the track plate is related to the safety of the track vehicle when it runs at high speed and withstands a large traction force.Based on the ANSYS finite element method,this paper calculates the influencing factors of load distribution of connecting parts(end coupling,guide tooth)in the crawler plate assembly under the maximum tractive force condition..The accuracy and reliability of the finite element model in the stable load distribution are verified by the theoretical model,and the load distribution of the crawler plate under the maximum tensile condition is analyzed.The calculation results show that the tensile ratio of the guide tooth decreases with the increase of the stiffness of the end coupling or the decrease of the stiffness of the guide tooth under the maximum tensile load.When the bending stiffness of the pin shaft increases until it is regarded as a rigid rod,the transverse load ratio of the guide tooth also decreases.The tension on the guide tooth can be reduced by increasing the diameter of the pin shaft.
