摘 要:为解决煤矿井下掘进工作面常发生掘进机与人员挤压碰撞问题,针对掘进工作面潮湿黑暗、粉尘量大、可见度低等复杂特殊工况,提出了一种基于UWB测距技术和红外热成像技术相融合的人员安全防护系统方案。掘进机中部采用UWB高精度测距技术对人员进行定位,前、后方通过红外摄像仪采集周围物体运动画面,计算人员与设备间的相对距离,当人员从安全区域进入危险区域时,发出报警信号;当人员闯入停机区域时,发出停机警告并控制设备紧急停机,实现设备主动避害、人员闯入报警、启动检测预警及视频数据存储等功能。井下试验结果表明,该系统能进行主动识别、主动控制、分级报警,定位误差小于0.15 m,安全防护可靠性高,满足井下设备及人员的安全防护需要。In order to solve the problem of frequent squeezing and collision between the tunnel boring machine and the personnel in the underground tunneling face of coal mine,a personnel safety protection system scheme based on the fusion of the UWB ranging technology and the infrared thermal imaging technology was proposed for the complex and special working conditions of wet,dark,large amount of dust and low visibility in the tunneling face.In the middle of the tunnel boring machine,the UWB high-precision ranging technology was used to locate the personnel.At the same time,in the front and at the back of the machine,the infrared camera was used to collect the moving pictures of the surrounding objects and calculate the relative distance between the personnel and the machine.When the personnel entered the dangerous area from the safe area,an alarm signal was issued.When the personnel entered the shutdown area,a shutdown warning was issued and the equipment was controlled to shutdown urgently,which made the system achieve functions of active avoidance of the equipment,personnel intrusion alarm,starting detection and early warning,and video data storage.Through the underground test,the results showed that the system could carry out active identification,active control,and grading alarm,with a positioning error of less than 0.15 m.It had high safety protection reliability and met the safety protection requirements for the underground equipment and personnel.
