摘 要:某锂矿石选厂拟在原有三段一闭路破碎工艺基础上增设一段高压辊磨闭路超细碎流程,为探究高压辊磨机对该锂矿石的粉碎效果,对其开展了相关辊压试验。结果表明:锂矿石经高压辊磨机层压粉碎后细粒级含量显著增加,粉碎过程受到给料含水率、辊面压力、辊压方式的影响。在0.1%给料含水率、1.3 N/mm^(2)辊面压力、21 r/min辊子转速的闭路辊压条件下,辊压产品中心料-6.0 mm、-0.5 mm含量达到72.1%、21.2%,此时单位通过量与比功耗分别为195 t·s/(h·m^(3))、0.9 kW·h/t。此外,增设高压辊磨闭路超细碎工艺流程,能优化入磨粒度,粉碎得到的产品BOND球磨功指数下降了7.4%,变得更易磨,降低了后续磨矿作业能耗。A lithium concentrator planed to add the high pressure grinding roll(HPGR)for ultra-fine crushing in closed-circuit on the basis of the original three-stage and one closed-circuit crushing process.In order to explore the crushing effect of HPGR on the lithium ore,the relevant roll pressure test was carried out.The results showed that the fine particle content in the lithium ore increased significantly after being laminated grinding by HPGR and the grinding process was affected by the feed moisture content,the roller surface pressure and the roller pressing method.Under the closed-circuit rolling condition of 0.1%feed moisture content,1.3 N/mm^(2)roller surface pressure and 21 r/min roller speed,the content of-6.0 mm and-0.5 mm in the center material of the rolling product reached 72.1%and 21.2%,respectively.At this time,the unit throughput and the specific power consumption were 195 t·s/(h·m^(3))and 0.9 kw·h/t,respectively.The addition of HPGR for ultra-fine crushing in closed-circuit could optimize the grinding particle size,and the BOND ball mill work index of the ground product was reduced by 7.4%,which became easier to grind and reduced the energy consumption of subsequent grinding operations.
