摘 要:为探索可以准确描述水泥原料辊压产品粒度特性的方程形式,利用实验室辊压试验筛析数据,对矿物加工过程中常用的高登Gaudin方程式和罗任-拉姆勒Rosin-Rammer方程式进行验证与分析,通过在罗任-拉姆勒Rosin-Rammer方程式中引入描述筛分曲线斜率的参数,提高了应用罗任-拉姆勒Rosin-Rammer方程式的回归精度,同时介绍了方程式中各参数的求法,为通过方程式概括水泥原料辊压产品的筛分数据奠定了基础。In order to explore the equation form that could accurately describe the particle size characteristics of cement raw material rolling products,the Gaudin equation and the Rosin-Rammer equation commonly used in the mineral processing were verified and analyzed by using the screening data of the laboratory rolling pressure test.Then,by introducing the parameters describing the slope of the screening curve into the Rosin-Rammer equation,the regression accuracy of the Rosin-Rammer equation was improved,and the calculation of each parameter in the equation was introduced,laying a foundation for summarizing the screening data of cement raw material rolling products through equations.
