摘 要:在自然环境中,机械振动能具有普遍性、多样性、无污染和易收集等优点,在各种形式的能量中占有一席之地,利用压电纳米发电机收集机械振动能可为智能化功能电子器件的供电问题提供一个可行的解决办法。本研究利用无铅钛酸钡(Ba Ti O_(3))纳米颗粒、碳纳米管和聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)进行复合,制备成Ba Ti O_(3)/PDMS和Ba Ti O_(3)/PDMS/C基压电纳米发动机。结果表明:随着Ba Ti O_(3)含量的增加,Ba Ti O_(3)/PDMS基压电纳米发动机输出信号呈现先增加后减少的现象,且在Ba Ti O_(3)含量为12%时取得最优输出信号,其输出电流为42 n A、输出电压为18 V。此外,碳纳米管的引入有利提升Ba Ti O_(3)/PDMS基压电纳米发动机的输出信号,且在碳纳米管含量为2%时Ba Ti O_(3)/PDMS/C基压电纳米发动机取得最优输出信号,其输出电流为73 n A、输出电压为19 V。研究表明Ba Ti O_(3)/PDMS/C基压电纳米发动机在自供电微电子可穿戴设备等领域具有较大的应用潜力。In our natural environment,mechanical energy has the advantages of universality,diversity,no pollution and easy collection,and occupies a place in various forms of energy.The use of piezoelectric nanogenerators to collect this mechanical energy can provide a feasible solution for the power supply of intelligent functional electronic devices.A BaTiO_3/PDMS and BaTiO_3/PDMS/C based composite nanogenerator was prepared with lead-free barium titanate (BaTiO_3) nanoparticles,carbon nanotubes,and polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS).The results show that the output signal of BaTiO_3/PDMS based composite nanogenerator firstly increases,and then decreases with increasing BaTiO_(3) content.The optimal output signal is obtained at BaTiO_(3content) of 12%,and the output current and output voltage are 42 nA and 18 V,respectively.The output signal of BaTiO_3/PDMS based composite nanogenerator is further improved with introducing C nanotubes.The BaTiO_3/PDMS/C based piezoelectric nanogenerator has the optimal output signal when the content of C nanotubes is 2%,and the output current and output voltage are 73nA and 19 V,respectively.The results indicate that Ba Ti O_3/PDMS/C based piezoelectric nanogenerator has a great application potential in self-powered microelectronic wearable devices.
