摘  要:实现钛合金与Zr O_(2)陶瓷的生物相容性连接对于扩展其在生物医学领域的应用具有重要意义。采用Sn–Zr钎料成功实现了Ti–13Nb–13Zr合金和Zr O_(2)陶瓷的连接。运用SEM、EDS、XRD分析了TNZ/Zr O_(2)接头的界面组织与反应产物,通过剪切试验测试了接头的力学性能,并研究了Zr含量对钎焊接头的界面组织和性能的影响。研究表明,TNZ/Zr O_(2)接头典型界面微观组织为TNZ/Ti_(6)Sn_(5)/β-Sn+Zr(s,s)+Zr Sn_(2)/m-Zr O_(2)/Zr O_(2),其中m-Zr O_(2)可以促进陶瓷与钎缝的冶金结合。随着Zr含量的增加,钎缝中Zr(s,s)含量逐渐增多,体积逐渐增大,Zr Sn_(2)相含量也相应增加,而β-Sn在钎缝中的占比逐渐减小。剪切试验表明,当Zr含量为6%(摩尔分数)时,钎焊接头的剪切强度达到最高,为25.6 MPa。接头的断裂路径分析表明,此时接头的裂纹主要沿着钎缝中β-Sn基体扩展。Achieving a biocompatible joint between titanium alloy and Zr O_(2) ceramic is of great significance to extend its application in the biomedical field.In this paper,the joining between Ti–13Nb–13Zr alloy and Zr O_(2) ceramics was achieved with Sn–Zr filler metal.The interfacial microstructure and reaction products of TNZ/Zr O_(2) joints were analyzed by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and energy disperse spectroscopy,and the shear test was carried out to evaluate the mechanical properties of joints.The effect of Zr content on the interfacial microstructure and mechanical properties of the joints was also investigated.The results show that the typical microstructure of the joints brazed at 600℃for 30 min with Sn-6Zr (atomic fraction) filler metal is TNZ/Ti_6Sn_5/β-Sn+Zr(s,s)+Zr Sn_2/m-Zr O_2/Zr O_2.Among all of the reaction phases,the formation of m-Zr O_(2) facilitates the metallurgical bonding between Zr O_(2) substrate and brazing seam.The amounts of both Zr solid solution and Zr Sn_(2) phase increase,but the proportion of β-Sn in the brazing seam gradually decreases with the increase of Zr content.The maximum average shear strength of brazing joints reaches 25.6 MPa when the Zr content is 6%.According to the analysis of fracture path,the joints brazed with Sn–6Zr mainly fracture along the β-Sn in the brazing seam.
