摘 要:通过正交试验考察了棉杆发酵法提取生化黄腐酸的最优条件,得出的最佳提取条件为:发酵温度35℃、发酵时间15 d、提取温度50℃、提取时间2 h,且在最佳提取条件下生化黄腐酸的收率为40.39%。将提取的生化黄腐酸对新疆、甘肃、四川、湖北土样进行培养,探讨了自制生化黄腐酸对土样含水量及pH性能的影响。结果表明:随着生化黄腐酸用量的增加会使土壤的水稳定性团聚体粒径增大,黄腐酸的加入能使碱性土壤的pH值降低,使酸性土壤的pH值升高,同时随着黄腐酸加入量的增加,土壤含水量、土壤最大含水能力以及饱和导水率均有一定提高。The optimal conditions for extracting biochemical fulvic acid by fermentation with cotton straw were investigated through orthogonal experiments.The result showed that optimal extraction conditions were fermentation temperature 35℃,fermentation time 15 d,extraction temperature 50℃,extraction time 2 h,and the yield of biochemical fulvic acid 40.39%under the optimal conditions.The extracted biochemical fulvic acid was cultured on soil samples from Xinjiang,Gansu,Sichuan,and Hubei to test the effects of biochemical fulvic acid on water content and pH properties of four soil samples.It was found that the increase of biochemical humic acid could imporve the size of water stable aggregates in the soil.The addition of fulvic acid could reduce the pH value in alkaline soil,while increase the pH value in acidic soil.Furthermore,with the addition of fulvic acid increasing,the soil moisture content,the maximum water content and saturated hydraulic conductivity all increased to some extent.
