摘 要:以普通尿素为基础,通过在尿素中添加不同含量的腐植酸,探究添加腐植酸对生菜株高、叶绿素、叶片数、地上部鲜重及根鲜重的影响。T1为普通尿素,T2~T5为腐植酸含量分别为0.3%、0.6%、0.9%、1.2%的腐植酸尿素。结果表明:在相同氮含量的条件下,施肥后30天收获,添加腐植酸均可有效地促进生菜生长,增加生物量。本试验中,0.9%腐植酸添加量效果相对最优,地上部鲜重和根鲜重分别较普通尿素增加46.88%和68.59%。通过添加腐植酸,能够促进根系生长,增加对养分的吸收,从而促进生菜生长、增加产量,增加收益。The effects on plant height,chlorophyll content,blade number,aboveground fresh weight and root fresh weight of lettuce were studied by adding humic acid with different contents into common urea.T1 was common urea,and T2~T5 were urea of humic acid containing 0.3%,0.6%,0.9%and 1.2%,respectively.The results showed that under the same nitrogen content,harvesting 30 days after fertilization and adding humic acid could effectively promote the growth and increase the biomass of lettuce.Compared with common urea,the aboveground fresh weight and root fresh weight increased by 46.88%and 68.59%respectively,indicating 0.9%humic acid had the best effect.Adding humic acid could promote the growth of root system and increase the absorption of nutrients,so as to promote the growth of lettuce,increase yield and income.
