摘 要:清灰问题一直是困扰尿素造粒塔袋式除尘技术的难题。传统的清灰方式,无论是增大喷吹力度或是提高喷吹频率,均无法解决尿素粉尘清灰难的问题。本研究利用尿素易溶于水的原理,提出采用在线湿式清灰的工艺思路,并在山东某2#尿素造粒塔袋式除尘器上进行试验。试验结果表明:在线湿式清灰可以解决尿素造粒塔清灰困难的问题,清灰完成后,设备阻力相比清洗前下降约200Pa,降幅约为12.5%,清洗试验周期完成时的落料温度比试验开始时下降约7℃,而且整个试验过程的落料温度都控制在65℃以下,系统风量可以提高21%—39%,有效提高了尿素造粒塔系统的运行性能。The problem of cleaning dust has always been a difficult problem that plagued the bagtype dust removal technology of urea granulation tower.The traditional cleaning methods,whether increasing the blowing force or increasing the frequency of blowing,can’t solve the problem of difficulty in cleaning urea dust.Taking advantage of the principle that urea is easily soluble in water,the technological idea of adopting on-line wet flushing to remove dust is proposed,and the experiment is carried out on a 2#urea granulation tower bag filter in Shandong.The test results showed that the online wet cleaning could solve the problem of difficult cleaning of the urea granulation tower.After the cleaning was completed,the resistance of the entire equipment was reduced by about 200Pa compared with the resistance before cleaning,a drop of about 12.5%.When the cleaning test cycle was completed,the blanking temperature was reduced by about 7°C compared with the beginning of the test,and the blanking temperature in the whole process was controlled at below 65°C,the system air volume could be increased by 21%—39%,which effectively improved the operating performance of the urea granulation tower system.
