摘  要:文章提出了“多级洗涤+活性炭吸附”“活性炭吸附+蓄热式燃烧”“分级干式过滤+转轮吸附浓缩+催化燃烧”和“洗涤+焦炉燃烧”四种组合技术工艺。研究认为,与其他治理工艺相比,“洗涤+焦炉燃烧”组合工艺对VOCs的去除效率更高,而且可充分利用VOCs中的热值,达到减污降碳的目的,因而更加适用于焦化行业VOCs深度控制。In this paper four kinds of combination of VOCs treatment technologies were presented and compared for coal coking industry,including"multi-stage scrubbing+activated carbon adsorption","activated carbon adsorption+regenerative thermo-oxidation","multi-stage dry filtration+rotary concentrator adsorption+catalytic oxidation"and"scrubbing+coke oven combustion".The results show that comparing with other three combinations,the"scrubbing+coke oven combustion"is more suitable for the abatement of VOCs in coking industry,for it has higher efficiency in VOCs removal and can utilize caloric value of VOCs,which results in emission control both of VOCs and dioxide carbon.
