摘 要:采用微波法制备了MCM-41载体负载氧化锌高温煤气脱硫剂,并对制备条件进行了优化。根据脱硫剂的结构表征和脱硫性能测试结果,当微波功率、微波反应温度和微波反应时间为1500 W、550℃、2 h时脱硫剂达到最佳性能,硫容为9.30%。测定并对比了微波和常规两种方式制备脱硫剂的硫化动力学参数。结果表明:脱硫剂硫化反应的表面反应活化能小于颗粒间扩散活化能,反应过程主要受颗粒间扩散的控制。使用微波方式制备的脱硫剂的反应和扩散活化能都较低,在脱硫性能测试中展现出更高的活性。MCM-41 supported zinc oxide desulfurizersfor high temperature gas desulfurization were prepared by the microwave method,and the preparation conditions were optimized.According to the results of structure characterization and desulfurization performance tests,the optimum performance of the desulfurizer was achieved when the microwave power,microwave reaction temperature and microwave reaction time were 1500 W,550℃and 2 h,and the sulfur capacity was 9.30%.Sulfurization kinetic parameters were measured and compared between the desulfurizer prepared by microwave and conventional methods.The results showed that the activation energy of the surface reaction wasless than that of interparticle diffusion,and the reaction process wasdominated by the interparticle diffusion.The desulfurizer prepared by microwave method hadlower reaction and diffusion activation energy and showedhigher activity in desulfurization test.
