摘  要:通过固相法制备了YbF_(3):Er荧光粉,通过XRD、SEM分析了其微结构与形貌,以多波长红外光、紫外光激发,检测了其上/下转换发光性能。将YbF_(3):Er荧光粉以不同比例掺入光阳极,组装了染料敏化太阳能电池。从检测的性能来看,随着荧光粉掺入量的增加,电池的光电性能呈先升后降的趋势。掺入量为10%(质量分数)的性能最好,其与纯P25光阳极电池相比,短路电流密度Jsc提高了78%,开路电压Voc提高了28%,光电转换效率η提高了1.37倍,上/下转换材料大幅提高了DSSCs的光电性能。最后对电池性能规律性变化的原因进行了分析。YbF_(3):Er phosphors were synthesized through solid-state method.Micro-structures and morphologies of the samples were analyzed by XRD and SEM,their up/down conversion luminescence performance was detected upon exciting with multi-wavelength infrared and ultraviolet light.Dyesensitized solar cells were assembled by doping YbF_(3):Er phosphors in different proportions into photoanodes.From the perspective of detection performances,as the amount of fluorescent powders increased,the photoelectric performance of the battery showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The best performances were achieved with a doping amount of 10%(mass fraction),compared with pure P25 photoanode batteries,the short-circuit current density Jsc was increased by 78%,the open-circuit voltage Voc was increased by 28%,and the photoelectric conversion efficiencyηwas improved by 1.37 times,up/down conversion materials significantly improved photoelectric performances of the DSSCs.Finally,the reasons for the regular changes in battery performance were analyzed.
