油藏注烃气混相驱提高采收率研究

摘  要:流花油藏目前采出程度低,剩余油开发潜力大,且处处具有剩余潜力,油藏附近存在可利用的优质油田伴生气,同时该油藏存在不利流度比、储层偏油湿、驱油效率低等特点。为解决该油藏驱油效率低下问题,利用全直径长岩心驱替实验测试方法,对不同注气方式和类型条件下的驱油效率进行分析。实验结果表明:直接顶部注A伴生气驱油效果最好,重力稳定性明显;顶部注A伴生气段塞后注B类顶替气驱油效果次之,但重力稳定性受到一定影响;三次底部水驱效果具有一致性,且优于早期单一全直径岩心水平方向的水驱效果;顶部连续注A伴生气驱残余油效果优于顶部注段塞后注顶替气驱残余油效果;底部注A伴生气段塞后,底水继续驱残余油效果优于顶部注A伴生气驱残余油效果;底部注B伴生气段塞后底水继续驱残余油效果小于底部注A伴生气段塞后底水继续驱残余油效果;底水驱后的各种气驱(+后期水驱)方式的最终驱油效率明显下降。对混相驱提高采收率方案进行综合对比和优化,可为流花油藏注气提高采收率现场实施提供指导性依据。At present,Liuhua reservoir has a low recovery degree,and the remaining oil development potential is great,and there is a remaining potential everywhere.There are available high-quality oilfield associated gas near the reservoir.At the same time,this reservoir has the characteristics of unfavorable mobility ratio,reservoir oil wetting propertyand low oil displacement efficiency.In order to solve the problem of low oil displacement efficiency in this reservoir,the oil displacement efficiency under different gas injection modes and types was analyzed by using the experimental test method of full-diameter long core displacement.The experimental results showed that direct top injection of associated gas A had the best oil displacement effect and obvious gravity stability.After injecting the associated gas A slug at the top,the displacement effect of type B displacement gas was second,but the gravity stability was affected to some extent.The three bottom water flooding effects were consistent,and superior to the horizontal water flooding effect of the early single full-diameter core.The effect of continuous top injection of associated gas A drive residual oil was better than that of top injection of slug to displace gas driving residual oil.After injecting the associated gas A slug at the bottom,the effect of bottom water continuing driving residual oil was better than that of injecting the associated gas A at the top;The effect of bottom water continuing driving residual oil after injecting associated gas B slug was less than that after injecting associated gas A slug.After bottom flooding,the final oil displacement efficiency of all kinds of gas flooding(+later water flooding)decreased obviously.Comprehensive comparison and optimization of miscible flooding EOR schemes can provide guidance for the field implementation of gas injection EOR in Liuhua reservoir.
