摘 要:利用聚合物纳米微球的远井封堵特性与改性纳米SiO_(2)近井调驱特性,在实验室内研制出了二者的纳米微球驱油体系。基于反相微乳液理论制备了性能良好的聚合物纳米微球及硅烷偶联剂改性纳米SiO_(2),分析了其化学作用机理。结合岩心驱替实验及现场井组试验评估了二者在低渗油田的驱替效果。结果显示:聚合物纳米微球与硅烷偶联剂改性纳米SiO_(2)先后注入会产生正向协同效应,实现高渗地层有效封堵的同时也能提高低渗区域的洗油效率,最终提高原油采收率。A nano microsphere oil displacement system was developed in the laboratory using the far wellbore sealing characteristics of polymer nanospheres and the near wellbore profile control and displacement characteristics of modified nano SiO_(2).Based on the theory of inverse microemulsion,polymer nanospheres with good performance and nano SiO_(2)modified by silane coupling agent were prepared,and their chemical action mechanism was analyzed.Combined with core displacement experiment and field well group test,the displacement effect of the two in low-permeability oilfield wasevaluated.The results showed that the polymer nano microspheres and silane coupling agent modified nano SiO_(2)was successively injected toproduce a positive synergistic effect,which couldimprove the oil washing efficiency in low-permeability area while effectively plug the high permeability formation,to ultimately enhanceoil recovery.
