摘 要:加氢裂化是重质油轻质化的重要炼化装置,在新设计理念和新技术的应用下,加氢裂化装置的经济效益随着规模的扩大不断提高。常规加氢裂化装置规模受限于气、液相负荷大和设备机加工能力不足等因素,影响单系列规模的扩大。针对加氢裂化装置大型化而产生的工程难点问题,在大型反应器及内构件、加热炉炉管布置及选型、高压换热器选型以及高压空冷管线布置等方面进行了研究,通过优化流程设计解决了气、液相负荷的增大带来的一系列工业化问题,并在2.2 Mt·a^(-1)柴油加氢裂化装置实现了工业应用。结果表明:该设计方案应用实例验证可行,装置运行平稳,各项技术指标先进,为加氢裂化装置大型化的工业应用提供了明确的设计思路及数据支撑。Hydrocracking is an important refining unit for the lightweight transformation of heavy oil.With the application of new design concepts and technologies,the economic benefits of the hydrocracking unit continue to improve with the expansion of scale.The scale of conventional hydrocracking units is limited by factors such as high gas and liquid phase loads and insufficient equipment machining capacity,which affect the expansion of single series scale.In response to the engineering difficulties arising from the large-scale hydrocracking unit,research has been conducted on the layout and selection of large reactors and internal components,heating furnace tubes,high-pressure heat exchangers,and high-pressure air cooling pipelines.Through optimized process design,a series of industrial problems caused by the increase in gas and liquid phase loads have been solved,and industrial applications have been achieved in the 2.2 Mt·a^(-1) diesel hydrocracking unit.The results indicate that the design scheme is feasible and verified through practical examples,with stable operation and advanced technical indicators,providing a clear design concept and data support for the industrial application of large-scale hydrocracking units.
