摘  要:某石化公司0.8 Mt·a^(-1)焦化石脑油加氢装置以焦化石脑油为原料,采用中国石化大连石油化工研究院(FRIPP)开发的加氢精制催化剂FH-40C、预加氢催化剂SHT-1和捕硅剂FHRS-2,生产重整原料。通过对焦化石脑油加氢工程设计难点有针对性的优化设计,装置具备长周期稳定运行的能力。装置标定期间,产品质量满足生产要求,精制石脑油收率略高于设计值,装置能耗低于设计值。The 0.8 Mt·a^(-1)coking naphtha hydrogenation unit of a petrochemical company produces reforming unit feedstock with coking naphtha as raw material.The unit uses the hydrofining catalyst FH-40C,pre-hydrogenation catalyst SHT-1,and desiliconization catalyst FHRS-2,which were developed by Dalian Petrochemical Research Institute(FRIPP)of Sinopec.Through targeted optimization design upon the design difficulties of coking naphtha hydrogenation units,the unit has the ability to operate stably over a long period of time.During the performance tests,the product quality met production requirements,the naphtha product yield was slightly higher than the design value.The unit energy consumption was lower than the design value.
