摘  要:为研究在储存状态下,环境温度对瓶内七氟丙烷(HFC-227ea)灭火剂相平衡状态的影响,基于PR方程和WS混合规则,通过MATLAB软件编写程序,对HFC-227ea灭火剂储存状态进行相平衡计算,研究了灭火瓶内压力随环境温度改变的变化规律,分析了各组分气液相变化情况。结果表明:环境温度改变对HFC-227ea气相摩尔分数影响较大,对液相摩尔分数影响较小,HFC-227ea的气化使得灭火瓶内压力增大。储存状态的改变对灭火系统自身的安全性和可靠性会产生影响,因此通过计算了解环境温度变化时系统内压力的变化以及各组分气液相变化情况,有助于完善HFC-227ea灭火系统的设计。In order to study the influence of ambient temperature on the phase equilibrium state of heptafluoropropane(HFC-227ea)fire extinguishing agent in the bottle under storage condition,a program was writtenbased on PR equation and WS mixing rule through MATLAB software to calculate the phase equilibrium of HFC-227ea agent in storage condition,the change law of pressure in the fire extinguishing bottle with the change of ambient temperaturewas studied,and the change of gas-liquid phase of each componentwas analyzed.The change of pressure in the fire extinguishing bottle with the change of ambient temperature was studied,and the change of gas and liquid phases of each component was analyzed.The results showed that the change of ambient temperature had greater effect on the molar fraction of HFC-227ea in the gas phase and smaller effect on the molar fraction of the liquid phase,and the gasification of HFC-227ea increased the pressure in the fire extinguishing bottle.The change of storage state will have an impact on the safety and reliability of the fire extinguishing system itself,so the calculation can help improve the design of HFC-227ea fire extinguishing system by understanding the change of pressure in the system and the change of gas-liquid phase of each component when the ambient temperature changes.
