摘 要:煤焦油是在煤炭碳化和气化过程中产生的含硫液体,是一种煤转化为油的技术工艺产品。煤焦油加氢催化是现在将煤焦油转化为燃料油的有效手段,但是由于煤焦油含氧量较高,在加氢裂解过程中会产生水分,在高温条件下会使催化剂破碎,导致催化剂性能降低,甚至失活。因此提高催化剂的耐水性成为了亟待解决的问题。介绍了煤焦油的性质特点,并对煤焦油加氢催化剂载体的性质进行总结,从载体和催化剂两个方面出发研究增强煤焦油加氢催化剂的耐水性。阐述了国内外煤焦油加氢催化剂的研究进展和相关机理。Coal tar is a sulfur-containing liquid produced in the process of coal carbonization and gasification,and is a technical product of coal conversion into oil.Coal tar hydrotreating process is an effective means to convert coal tar into fuel oil,but due to the high oxygen content of coal tar,water will be produced in the process of hydrocracking,and the catalyst will be broken under high temperature conditions,resulting in the performance of the catalyst is reduced,or even deactivated.Therefore,improving the water resistance of catalyst has become an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,the properties and characteristics of coal tar were introduced,the properties of coal tar hydrogenation catalyst carrier were summarized,and the enhancement of water resistance of coal tar hydrogenation catalyst was studied from two aspects of carrier and catalyst.The research progress and related mechanism of coal tar hydrogenation catalysts at home and abroad were described.
