摘  要:为探究球形反应器内煤尘爆炸的传播特性,利用Fluent软件,选用剪切力输运k-ω湍流模型、涡耗散燃烧模型和Eulerian-Lagrangian离散相模型,采用速度入口、喷射半角、壁面为定壁温非滑移的边界条件,对煤尘的颗粒分布、爆炸火焰面温度分布和挥发分质量分数进行模拟研究。结果表明:煤尘爆炸最初阶段火焰面呈椭球型,温度不断升高,挥发分质量分数不断增加,火焰碰壁后呈现双W型,形成局部高度湍流,整个空间火焰最高温度升至2400 K,300 ms时挥发分质量分数位于稳定状态为40%,最终反应腔内的平均温度在1500 K左右,煤尘最终挥发分质量分数为42.5%。In order to investigate the propagation characteristics of coal dust explosion in a spherical reactor,the shear-stress transport k-ωturbulence model,eddy dissipative combustion model and Eulerian-Lagrangian discrete phase model were selected by Fluent software.The boundary conditions of velocity inlet,injection half angle and wall as constant wall temperature and non-slip were adopted.The particle distribution,temperature distribution and volatile mass fraction of coal dust were simulated.The results showed that,at the initial stage of coal dust explosion,the flame surface was ellipsoidal,the temperature kept rising,and the volatile content keptincreasing.After the flame hitted the wall,it presented a double W shape,forming local high turbulence.The highest temperature of the flame in the whole space rose to 2400 K,and the volatile mass fraction at a stable state was 40%at 300 ms,and the final average temperature in the reaction chamber was about 1500 K.The final volatile mass fraction of pulverized coal was 42.5%.
