摘 要:生物沥青是生物质先经液化作用生成生物油,然后生物油重组分再与基质沥青剪切搅拌得到的新型沥青材料。生物沥青主要用于提升沥青的路用性能、老化沥青的再生、温拌作用及其他用途。总结了生物质主要液化工艺及生物沥青的生产方法,对生物沥青的应用进行阐述,并提出了未来生物沥青研究需要解决的问题,旨在实现生物质资源的优化配置,为生物沥青的生产和应用提供参考和借鉴。Bio-asphalt is a new type of asphalt material obtained by liquefying biomass to generate bio-oil,and then shearing and stirring the heavy components of bio-oil with matrix asphalt.Bio-asphalt is mainly used for improving the road performance of petroleum asphalt,regeneration of aged asphalt,warm mixing and other purposes.In this paper,main liquefaction processes of biomass and the production methods of bio-asphalt were summarized,application of bio-asphalt was expounded,and the problems that need to be solved in the future research of bio-asphalt were put forward,aiming at realizing the optimal allocation of biomass resources.
