摘　　要：介绍一种工程机械的散热系统及控制方法,通过安装发动机水温传感器和变矩器油温传感器,分别将水温信号和油液温度信号反馈至控制器,控制器根据测得的温度信号控制散热风扇的运行,对散热器吹风。避免了变矩器油液单方面温度高导致的变矩器热平衡失效;同时加入了环境温度数据,更为精准控制电磁风扇转速,达到节能和散热功能的平衡。Aheat dissipation system and control method for construction machinery is introduced.By installing an engine watertemperature sensor anda torque converter oil temperature sensor,the water temperature signals and oil temperature signals are fed back to the controller respectively,and the controller controls the operation of the cooling fan based on the measured temperature signals to blow air to the radiator.It avoids the thermal balance failure of the torque converter caused by the unilateral high temperature of the torque converter oil.At the same time,with the ambient temperature data,it controls the rotational speed of the electromagnetic fan more accurately to achieve the balance between energy saving and heat dissipation function.
