摘　　要：XR460E型多功能旋挖钻机是徐工基础自主研制开发的新一代E系列大吨位产品。介绍XR460E型旋挖钻机的结构组成、技术参数,以及相关技术创新点和施工案例。该机在成熟的XR400E基础上增大动力与系统流量,提高主卷提升力与动力头转矩,实现作业效率提升;采用钻杆焊前预热及焊后热处理反变形技术,提高焊缝质量及超长钻杆的配合精度,保证超深桩成孔质量。XR460E兼顾施工稳定性及转场运输的便捷性。Model XR4660E multifunctional rotary drilling rig is a new generation of series E large tonnage product independently developed by XCMG Foundation.The structure and technical parameters of XR460E rotary drilling rig are introduced,as well as related technical innovation points and construction cases.Based on the mature XR400E,this machine has an increased power and system flow and an improved main hoisting force and power head torque to achieve the improvement of operating efficiency.It adopts the latest welding technology,which is,preheating before welding and heat treatment anti-deformation technologyafterweldingof thedrill pipe,to improve the weld quality and the fittingaccuracy of the super-long drill pipe to ensure the hole quality of the ultra-deep pile.The XR460E takes into account both stability of construction and transport convenience of site transfer.
